Definitions

Contact Name:

For each Host Name will be a Contact Name, this is the name or the agency that prospects would contact to complete a booking or for further information about the listing.

Description:

When refering to a rental, this should say something like 2 story house built in the classic spanish style, or if a camp site, hook ups for one rv and room for 2 tents.

Host Name:

Each person or business offering a rental is known by their "Host Name" this can be any name desired but should reflect the name of the person or business placing a property for rent. If "Tom T" wants to rent his place(s) out then he could use "Tom T" or "Tom's Rentals". We are not specific about what a name should be but it should be simple or have the best reflecton about the property owner. Owners should place all of their rentals under one Host Name, keeping tracking and contact simple for renters.

Meters To Beach:

Distance from the location to the Beach/ Line, a meter is a little over three fee. This is a reflection of how far it would be to walk to the water.

 

 

 

Phys Location:

A description of where the location is, something like Red Stucco house next to the Pemex gas station in El Sargento.

 

 

Rental Type:

Is this rental a House, a room in a House, a campsite, Cabana, this should reflect common expectations about what the rental is.

Sleeps:

Though a house may have 2 rooms, sleeps refects the total number of people that could sleep in the 2 rooms, like 4 or 3, where 3 would suggest that one of the rooms only had a single bed. This may also reflect the owners intentions of the max number of occupants desired in a location.
