Uploading Photos and resizing.
Getting a photo uploaded for your site, is the most important visual element you can do to promote your listing. To speed up the page view process, images should not be much bigger than 300Kb, most modern cameras take photos about ten times that size. So its best to resize the photo. If you need help resizing the photos, Microsoft makes a free program part of a tool suite called power toys, you can Google it here. Download the image resizer program. Then right click on the icon of the photo/image in a folder on your PC. The resize will automatically prompt you with what size photo you want then create a second file much smaller than the original, this new file is suitable for uploads, emails and sharing with others via the internet.
Adding multiple listings.
You can add as many listings for any type of property. Each property name in our system must be different. If you have a house name Louise's Lofts and you rent out the entire house as one rental then list that property name as Louise's Lofts, but if you also rent out the second floor make sure you call that something different like Louise's Upper Loft. All the other information can be the same, but the different listings need to have different names in the "Property Name" field.
